Steve Williams is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and telecommunications. Steve has held various roles throughout their career, starting in 1992 as a Software Engineer at MPR Teltech. Williams then went on to work as a System Architect at Telos Technology Ltd and TELOS from 1993 to 2004. In 2004, they joined UTStarcom Inc as Director of System Development and later became the Director of Development.

From 2007 to 2015, Williams served as the CTO, Founder, and VP of Engineering at Aegis Mobility Inc. During this time, they played a key role in developing applications to address the issue of cell phone distracted driving. Steve also developed context-based applications for telecommunication networks and successfully integrated solutions into major US Tier 1 carrier networks.

Williams continued their career as a Senior Consultant at Dali Wireless from 2017 to 2018, where they transitioned the development environment to a fully change-controlled container-based DevOps system. Steve then worked as a Senior Consultant at Dali Wireless from 2020 to 2022, specializing in IPv6 networking and ultra-high bandwidth communication for distributed antenna systems.

In 2015, Williams founded Cogosense Technology Inc., where they serve as Founder, Operations, and Technical Development. The company is focused on developing solutions that utilize smartphone sensors to improve driver communication and navigation safety while reducing distractions.

Most recently, Williams joined Antevia Networks in 2022 as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer.
