Mario Guarinoni is a seasoned IT architect with extensive experience since August 2007 at ANTEL. With a degree in Information Technology from Universidad ORT Uruguay and an MBA from Universidad Católica del Uruguay, Mario has further enhanced expertise through professional development courses in SOA architecture and AI at Facultad de Ingeniería de la UDELAR. Prior to ANTEL, Mario co-founded Ca&t Uruguay, focusing on developing custom websites and social networks, and worked as a semi-senior programmer at Live Interactive and a junior programmer at Negoxi, specializing in web-based CRM solutions.
