Laura Gallagher has extensive experience in human resources and project management, currently serving as the Recruiting/Human Resources Project Manager at Antea Group USA since December 2002. In this role, Laura manages the Campus Recruiting program and leads the expansion of the onboarding program while coordinating mentoring and apprenticeship initiatives. Previously, Laura held the position of Human Resources Specialist at Antea Group, where responsibilities included managing Performance Improvement practices and supporting Agile Management processes. Prior to Antea Group, Laura spent 16 years at Chesapeake Paper Products Company in various positions, including Manager of Employee Relations. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration in Management from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
