Axel’s extensive experience includes positions at Géo-Hyd and IRD, where expertise in water resource management, spatialization, and project management was honed through international and regional projects. Academic qualifications include multiple master's degrees in environmental and earth sciences, alongside a bachelor's degree in water resources management.
