Sophia Ocon has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 when they worked as a Coordinadora de Grupos, Meetings & Events at IHG Hotels & Resorts. In this role, they were responsible for the integral organization of corporate events and managing a diverse client portfolio. Two years later, in 2016, they began working as a Sales Executive at Gardiner Restaurante, where they were responsible for planning and organizing customized and exclusive social and corporate events, as well as identifying clients' needs and making detailed commercial proposals. In 2019, they moved to Vinals Wine & Food SL as an Account Executive Iberia, where they were responsible for executive B2B and B2C sales, full cycle sales representative, hunting and pharming, and planning and executing content management for social networks, e-commerce and corporate website. Finally, in 2020, they joined goFLUENT Iberia as a Customer Success Manager and Account Executive Iberia. In their role as Customer Success Manager, they were responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and developing meaningful customer relationships, onboarding new clients, identifying and analyzing clients' needs and exceeding KPIs, and project managing integrations and executing growth initiatives. As an Account Executive Iberia, they were responsible for capturing potential customers, growing and maintaining existing customers, and preparing sales quotes. Sophia Ocon is currently employed as a Customer Success Manager at Antavo Enterprise Loyalty Cloud.
Sophia Ocon attended Universidad de Palermo from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Licenciada en Organización de Eventos degree. Sophia continued attending Universidad de Palermo from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained a Relaciones Publicas degree. Additionally, in 2008, they attended Ott College and obtained a Taller de Wedding Planner degree in the field of Wedding Planner.
