Nia Mitchell, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the People Operations Manager at AnswerLab, a position held since September 2020, following a role as Human Resources Generalist within the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Specialist at SPEAR Physical Therapy, LLC from September 2018 to September 2020, and as a Financial Analyst Intern at Bloomberg LP in the summer of 2018.
