James Myers is a seasoned UX researcher with extensive experience in user experience and consumer data analysis. Currently serving as Principal UX Researcher at AnswerLab since July 2021, James previously held the role of Senior User Experience Researcher at the same company. Prior to this, James worked at Ipsos in North America as Lead UX Specialist from December 2016 to July 2021 and gained initial analytical experience as a Risk Analyst at Vivid Seats LLC from March 2015 to November 2016. James holds a Master of Arts in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Mary Washington.
