Saud Shaikh has a strong work experience in the field of instructional design. Saud started their career as a Lead Instructional Designer at Aptara New Media in 2007. In this role, they managed multiple training development projects and was responsible for designing, storyboarding, and ensuring quality management for these projects. Saud also managed production teams and coordinated complex projects with up to ten project members. After spending ten years at Aptara New Media, Saud joined Amazon in 2017 as an Instructional Designer. Here, they played a key role in managing learning design and development projects that enabled the target audience to meet their success metrics. Saud also established the simulation theory for creating simulations that investigated risks. Additionally, Saud prepared new hires for the Instructional Designer role.
