Arul Vel Arasan C is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in management consulting and organizational transformation. Currently serving as a Senior Director at ANSR since March 2021, Arul has successfully set up and scaled Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Prior roles include Associate Director at ANSR focusing on organizational restructuring, Engagement Manager at Mercer and Boston Consulting Group, where work involved extensive organization transformations and cost efficiency programs. Earlier experience includes positions at Accenture and KPMG, specializing in strategy and operations, process improvement, and target operating models. Arul began a career as a Software Engineer at Cognizant Technology Solutions, working on insurance systems. Arul holds an MBA in International Business with Finance & Strategy specialization from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from Panimalar Engineering College.
