Patrick Maison is an experienced professional in the field of health and drug safety, currently serving as the Directeur Délégation Scientifique at ANSM Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé since October 2012. In addition, Patrick holds various roles at Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), including Responsable Diplome Universitaire for "Patients Partenaires - Médicaments" and Professor of Universities-Praticien Hospitalier. Patrick has also served as an expert and President of the Commission de la Transparence at Haute Autorité de Santé from January 2008 to December 2018 and was involved with the European Medicines Agency's PRAC from January 2014 to March 2015. Prior experience includes directing the Unité de Recherche Clinique at AP-HP from 2002 to 2012. Educational qualifications include an HDR in Pharmacologie, Santé Publique, and Épidémiologie from Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC), a PhD in Pharmaco-épidemiologie and Pharmacologie Clinique from Paris-Sud University, and a medical doctorate in Santé publique from the same institution.
