Agnes Mambole-Dema is an experienced clinical assessor specializing in advanced therapy medicinal products at ANSM Agence nationale de sécurité du médicament et des produits de santé since November 2013. Responsibilities include evaluating clinical data for somatic-cell, tissue-engineered, and gene therapy medicines across various regulatory frameworks, including scientific advice, clinical trials, early access programs, and marketing authorization applications. Additionally, Agnes served as a quality assessor for biological and biotechnological products. Prior experiences include a role as a French alternate for the Biological Work Party at the European Medicines Agency from January 2014 to July 2021 and a research scientist at the National Institute for Medical Research, focusing on the activation mechanisms of the MAP3 kinase TPL-2 during inflammation.
