Debbie has expertise in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting complex commercial agreements, as well as overseeing risk management, compliance, litigation, and trademark portfolios. Debbie has previously worked as a Partner at The Taggart Firm, LLC, Corporate Legal Counsel at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., and Assistant District Attorney at Collin County. Debbie holds a Juris Doctor degree from SMU Dedman School of Law, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Abilene Christian University, and a Master of Arts degree in Christian Leadership from Dallas Theological Seminary.
