Maureen Caracciolo has over 25 years of experience in the answering service and telecommunications industries, currently serving as a Senior Technology Manager at Anserve, Inc. since June 1998. Maureen began in the industry as an agent and progressively advanced to a senior management role. Additionally, Maureen dedicated time as a volunteer with the Tri-Boro First Aid Squad from January 2001 to April 2019 and served on the Passaic County DVRT team from September 2014 to January 2017.
