Madhaiyan Thandavarayan is an experienced Packaging Engineer currently at Ansell since December 2021. Prior to this role, Madhaiyan worked at DR. JRK's Research and Pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd from August 2014 to November 2021, progressing from Senior Maintenance Engineer to Assistant Manager Maintenance Engineering, where responsibilities included managing the maintenance team and overseeing equipment performance in various pharmaceutical production processes. Additional experience includes serving as a Service Engineer at Gujarat Machine Tools, focusing on CNC machine installation and troubleshooting, and as an Assembly Engineer at VHS Mechatronics Services P Ltd, specializing in CNC machine retrofitting and maintenance. Madhaiyan holds a PG Diploma in Industrial Automation from Technocrats Automation and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai. Education credentials also include completion of secondary school at Y.M.C.A Brown Memorial Matriculation Higher Secondary School.
