Jaslina Jasni is an experienced professional in Learning and Development and Compensation Benefits, currently serving as Manager for Compensation Benefits Mobility and Global Operations Manager for Learning & Development at Ansell since September 2021, overseeing operations across APAC, EMEA, and LAC regions. Prior to this role, Jaslina worked as Manager of Learning & Development at OSK Group and as Learning and Development Manager at Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad. An extensive background in training and organizational development was established at KOBE PRECISION TECHNOLOGY SDN. BHD. and earlier roles, including Corporate Training Executive at Kelly Services M Sdn Bhd and Lecturer at Masterskill College of Nursing and Health. Jaslina holds a Bachelor of Biotechnology from the International Islamic University Malaysia.
