Rachel Neva is the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Ansay & Associates, a role held since September 2013, where Rachel leads the implementation of strategic initiatives to adapt to evolving insurance and customer demands. Previously, Rachel served as the Director of Brand Marketing and Business Development, overseeing both departments essential to the agency's identity and growth. Prior experience includes working as an Account Executive at BVK from June 2010 to August 2013, where Rachel managed various creative projects and client communications, and as a Game Operations Intern for the Milwaukee Admirals from October 2011 to April 2012, contributing to fan engagement activities. Rachel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising from Marquette University, earned in 2010.
