Mike Castor is an experienced executive in design and construction, currently serving as Vice President at American Structurepoint since July 2022 and as Executive Director of Design & Construction at Indiana University Health since March 2019. With a career spanning over three decades, Mike held notable positions including Vice President at Anova Technical Services, Sr. Director at BSA LifeStructures, and Manager of Transitions Engineering at EMCOR Group, Inc. Early in the career, Mike served as Area Lead Energy Engineer at Johnson Controls and Mechanical Engineering Designer at Boyd Sobieray Associates. Mike earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, graduating in 1988.
