Doug Adams currently serves as a Project Executive at Anova, overseeing the Lilly Project Manager role for the Lebanon Plant 1, a $9 billion chemical plant focused on Peptides and Small Molecules for drug manufacturing. Doug's extensive experience includes ownership of Douglas Adams Photography, specializing in construction, architecture, and natural landscape photography since 2008. Previously, Doug held the position of Preconstruction Executive at Shiel Sexton, where responsibilities encompassed management and strategic direction for preconstruction services. Additional roles at Shiel Sexton included Senior Project Manager for high-profile projects in Columbus, Ohio, as well as Project Manager for the $20 million renovation of the IU Natatorium. Doug began their career as a Project Engineer at Kitchell, contributing to significant projects such as the Los Robles Regional Medical Center. Doug holds a degree in Building Construction Management from Purdue University.
