Tushar Trivedi serves as the Chief People Officer at Anonymous Content since 2021, partnering with the CEO to lead the People Team and drive a comprehensive people and culture strategy for the PE-backed media company. Prior to this role, Tushar was the GM of People & Culture, Digital at bp from 2019 to 2021, where the focus was on global talent strategies that generated substantial value. Tushar's experience also includes serving as the Divisional Chief HR Officer at Hilton, leading a major culture transformation for a large division, and as Head of People at Bleacher Report, contributing to significant organizational growth. Earlier roles at Google ranged from managing business development for TV Ads and YouTube to serving as a Regional HR and Compensation Manager in Asia. Tushar Trivedi's career began with several impactful internships across industry-leading companies. Tushar holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Finance, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Purdue University.
