Mikael Pedin began their career in 1996 as an Electrician at INSTALLATIONSPARTNER DATACORD AB. In 2006, they took on the role of Installer at ONOFF Sverige AB. In 2011, they were appointed Verksamhetsansvarig at ONOFF Sverige AB, where they were responsible for the home delivery and installation department, with 12 employees under their supervision. That same year, they were also appointed HR-chef and Kvalitetschef at Bruske MÃ¥leri AB, where they were part of the management team and responsible for the entire HR area. In 2018, they became the Chairman and Head Instructor at Fighting fit Defendo & Krav Maga klubb. In 2019, they were appointed Head of People and Culture at FORCIT Consulting Sverige. Finally, in 2022, they became the HR Manager at Anocca AB, where they were responsible for all HR matters, developing HR processes and procedures, and procuring and implementing HR systems.

Mikael Pedin attended Tumba Gymnasium from 1993 to 1995, earning an Elprogrammet degree in Installation. Mikael then attended Canea in 2015 to obtain a certification in Integrerad Internrevisor, and again in 2013 to obtain a certification in Miljö & Arbetsmiljö för kvalitetsrevisorer. In 2014, they attended Runö to obtain a certification in BAM 1 + 2. In 2016, they attended Confex to obtain a certification in Avancerad Arbetsrätt. In 2017, they attended Zober to obtain a certification in Rehabiliteringskoordinator. In 2018, they attended Sensus diplomutbildningar to obtain a certification in Diplomerad HR-Koordinator and a HR Specialist degree in Human Resources Specialist. Finally, they attended House of Coaching from 2018 to 2020 to obtain a Certifierad Coach degree. In addition, they obtained certifications from HLR-rådet in Instruktör HLR & Första Hjälpen in 2021, JobMatch Talent in 2020, and The Predictive Index in 2020 for a Predictive Index Analyst.
