Patty Radford Henderson

Patty Radford Henderson has had an extensive career in marketing. Patty began in 1997 as the Brand Director for Regis Corporation, where they developed brand platforms and provided strategic and creative direction for advertising, direct marketing, collateral, in-store signage, and PR efforts. In 1999, they moved to Martin Williams Advertising as an Account Supervisor and Interactive Strategist, where they led integrated planning for Powertel (now part of T-Mobile). In 2001, they became the Director of Marketing for Juut Salonspa, where they were responsible for the annual marketing plan and budget and led the visual rebranding effort. In 2005, they joined Target Corporation as the Interactive Marketing Planning Manager, where they led planning for all interactive/emerging media initiatives and was responsible for a $32MM+ online budget. In 2006, they moved to Colle + McVoy as the Interactive Director, where they built the agency's interactive marketing capabilities and achieved 300% annual growth in digital projects. In 2013, they co-founded Union Park Marketing, a boutique digital agency, where they were the lead for the strategic offering and drove business results for clients through strategic content development, website redesigns, social media marketing, and email marketing efforts. In 2016, they became a Senior Marketing Consultant, Brand Strategist, Content Strategist, and Fractional CMO for Radford Henderson. Finally, in 2020, they founded Annum, a company that created a patent-pending user interface for an integrated omnichannel marketing planning calendar. Patty also speaks on content strategy, omnichannel marketing planning, breaking down marketing silos, and their entrepreneurial journey.

Patty Radford Henderson has a BA in Marketing and Journalism from the University of St. Thomas. Patty also participated in the London Programme - Advertising at Boston University and Launch MN - Value Proposition Design at the University of Minnesota.
