Mohit Satrawala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Team Lead at Annova Solutions since August 2021, Mohit has progressed through various positions including Team Lead, Subject Matter Expert, and Process Executive. Prior to this, Mohit worked at GoAir as a TR. CSE from October 2019 to March 2022 and gained customer service experience as a CSE at Teleperformance from September 2018 to April 2019. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Kalinga University, a Diploma in hospitality travel and aviation management from Frankfinn Airhostess Training Institute, and completion of senior secondary education at St. Thomas Senior Secondary School.
