Bersheba Austin started their work experience in 1997 as a Client Support and Technical Training Representative at MARKTECH SYSTEMS LIMITED. From 2000 to 2006, they worked as a Payroll Clerk at the City of Anniston. Bersheba then transitioned to the role of Human Resources Specialist at the same company, where they worked from 2006 to 2014. Finally, they became the Human Resources Director for the City of Anniston in 2014, managing various HR responsibilities such as employee recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations.
Bersheba Austin obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Faulkner University between the years 2007 and 2008.
