Monique Matthews is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales and graphic design. Currently serving as a Sales Lead at Avon since February 2017, Monique operates as both an Avon representative and a business owner, focusing on product sales and recruitment of new representatives. Additionally, Monique has been involved with Annique Health and Beauty as an Annique Consultant since September 2020, further expanding expertise in product sales and recruiting new consultants. Prior roles include a Graphic Designer at CPI World from March 2015 to August 2020, where responsibilities included designing marketing content and assisting the CEO, and a Graphic Designer at Quality Prin from September 2012 to February 2015, collaborating closely with clients and suppliers.
