Carolyn Albanese is an experienced executive with a long-standing career at Annin Flagmakers, where roles have included Vice President of Sales Operations, Vice President of Customer Relations & E-Commerce, and Director of Customer Relations and e-Commerce since July 1994. Carolyn is recognized as a subject matter expert in business systems that enhance customer and employee relationships, managing projects and providing business intelligence in areas such as EDI, SAP ERP, and various e-commerce platforms. In addition, Carolyn has served as a Customer Service Manager and is a founding Advisory Board Member at eCom Advisory since June 2017, as well as an Advisory Board Member at BWG Strategy LLC since September 2016, contributing to roundtable discussions that focus on market intelligence and professional networking. Education includes attendance at Katharine Gibbs School from 1977 to 1978.
