Christina Garza is an experienced educator with a strong background in teaching and dance instruction. Currently serving as a teacher at Annette Island School District since April 2020, Christina previously held teaching positions at Richardson Independent School District from August 2018 to April 2020. Christina's earlier roles include serving as a summer camp counselor and overnight program specialist at The Dallas Arboretum & Botanic Garden from May 2016 to April 2020, as well as a dance instructor and competition team coordinator at Texas Ballet Theater from August 2012 to December 2016 and at the Texas Academy of Ballet from July 2006 to July 2012. Christina holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration and Supervision from Grand Canyon University, a Bachelor of Science in Child Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Dallas, and an Associate of Arts in Drama and Dance Teacher Education from the Royal Academy of Dance.
