Sam Brownell is an experienced IT Director with a robust background in information technology management. Currently serving at Anne Carlsen Center since October 2010, Sam oversees IT activities for a workforce of over 600 employees across 11 branch offices in North Dakota, contributing as part of the Senior Management Team. Previously, Sam held the position of IT Director at Alternative Billing Solutions from December 1999 to July 2010, managing the nation's largest DMEVI Medical Billing server farm, which handled medical billing for over 200,000 patients and supported more than 60 client companies. Earlier, as Corporate Helpdesk Manager at Video Update from January to November 1999, Sam was responsible for managing the help desk and hardware support for all retail locations across the United States.
