Damon Repton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management. As Chief Delivery Officer at Annata since August 2018, Damon leads various delivery initiatives. Concurrently, Damon has served as Chair of the Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Trustees at Kings Theatre since December 2002. Since October 2021, Damon has also held the position of Lifeboat Operations Manager for RNLI. Additionally, as Owner/Director of IBRL—an Annata Group Company since August 2011—Damon specializes in Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations for SMEs, providing services such as system development, technology upgrades, and consultancy. Previous roles include Technical Architect at Speedy Hire PLC and Chloride Group plc, Director at Repton Dynamics Ltd, and various technical consulting positions across several companies.
