Subhashini Shivaprakash began their work experience in 2017 as an Artrepreneur, where they utilized various opportunities to develop their skills in multiple areas. Subhashini created hand-drawn watercolor and acrylic illustrations, paintings, logos, and commissioned artworks. Additionally, they collaborated with other artists and provided illustrations for books. In 2022, Subhashini joined Annalect as an Associate in Reporting and Insights, where they currently hold a position.

Subhashini Shivaprakash completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, graduating in 2016. Subhashini later pursued a Master's in Gender and Development Studies from Indira Gandhi National Open University, starting in 2021 and expected to finish in 2023.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Subhashini has obtained various certifications. These include the Datorama Admin | Platform Advanced certification from Salesforce, obtained in February 2023, the Datorama Admin | Platform Intermediate certification from Salesforce, obtained in August 2022, the Datorama Admin | Platform Fundamentals certification from Salesforce, obtained in June 2022, and the Certified in Omni Foundations certification from Omnicom Media Group, obtained in April 2022.
