Marisa Ferrara has a diverse range of work experience. Marisa started their career as a Sales Associate at Tweed, LLC from June 2007 to September 2010. From April 2011 to October 2014, they worked as a Key Holder & Head Cashier at Forever 21, where their responsibilities included product floor sets, training associates, and managing sales goals. Marisa then joined Apple in October 2014 and held two roles: Specialist and Genius Administrator. As a Specialist, they conducted customer product workshops, provided one-on-one training, and mentored new employees. As a Genius Administrator, they handled daily correspondence, managed service parts, and delivered repairs. In August 2018, Marisa joined Electric as a Customer Operations Manager, leading training and mentoring initiatives. In January 2021, they became the Quality Assurance and Training Manager, ensuring high customer satisfaction and establishing performance management plans. Most recently, in June 2023, Marisa began working as a Manager of Learning & Development at Annalect.
Marisa Ferrara completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature, General at Centenary University from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned an Associate's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences, General Studies and Humanities from County College of Morris between 2010 and 2013. Marisa also obtained a certification in "How to Create and Run a Brilliant Remote Workshop" from LinkedIn in April 2021.
