Alyssa Lerch has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alyssa began their professional career with a role as a Food and Beverage Associate at Trump National Golf Club in 2009. In 2010, they worked as an Account Executive at Tavalon Tea and also interned in Publicity & Promotions at Universal Pictures.
In 2011, Alyssa worked as a Sales Intern at EyeWonder. The following year, they joined Delaware North Companies as a Marketing & PR Intern at TD Garden.
Alyssa'scareer then transitioned to Sizmek, where they held various positions including Client Services Coordinator, Client Services Manager, and eventually Senior Client Services Manager. Alyssa also took on the role of Team Lead - Client Services at Sizmek in 2015.
In 2016, Alyssa joined Annalect as a Senior Manager in Annalect Consulting. Alyssa later became an Associate Director in Technical Portfolio Management, and most recently, they have taken on the role of Associate Director in Product Management starting in February 2021.
Alyssa also briefly worked as a Guest Service Agent at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group in 2012.
Throughout their career, Alyssa has gained experience in areas such as product management, technical portfolio management, client services, marketing, PR, sales, and customer service.
Alyssa Lerch attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Communications. Following that, they went on to Emerson College from 2009 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor's of Science in Marketing Communications.
