Gavin Brunton is an experienced freelance video and broadcast engineer with a diverse portfolio in live events and major sporting competitions. At GB-LIVE LTD since April 2021 and Creative Technology since September 2018, Gavin has contributed to high-profile events including Wimbledon 2023 as an E2 programmer operator and the Download Festival 2023 as a video guarantee engineer. Other notable roles include video adjudication at the Tokyo 2021 Olympic Games, E2 programming at Wimbledon 2022, and a video engineering position at the Beijing Winter Olympics 2022. Additionally, involvement with Anna Valley and Blitz, a GES company, further showcases expertise in advanced video technologies. Gavin holds a degree in Music Technology from Nottingham Confetti School of Recording, completed between 2000 and 2002.
