Kelly McConnell is an experienced retail professional with a background in customer service, merchandising, and team management. Currently serving as a Customer Service Representative for ANN SACKS Tile & Stone since March 2023, Kelly previously held various managerial positions at buybuy BABY, including Store Manager, where notable achievements included successfully opening a store during Covid and receiving recognition as a Top UPT performer. Prior roles include Visual Manager at Pottery Barn Kids, where Kelly led a 20-member team, and Manager at Nordstrom’s Kidswear department, focusing on visual merchandising and client relations. Kelly's early experience includes management and buying at Babinski's Baby, as well as a wholesale sales representative role.
