Beth Manuel has extensive experience in community service, primarily within library and human services settings. Currently serving as a Library Technician at the Ann Arbor District Library since July 2007, Beth is involved in public service, reference assistance, and outreach to under-served populations. Previously, Beth worked for Child Care Network from April 1996 to July 2007 as a Family Support Specialist, helping at-risk and homeless families with child care resources. Earlier roles included Family Support Specialist at Child Care Network/Washtenaw Regional 4C and Rehabilitation Specialist at Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, where Beth focused on employment assistance. Beth earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education, Social Science, and English from Western Michigan University.
