Rituparna Sengupta started their work experience in 2013 as an HR Recruiter at Suvidha Placements Limited. Rituparna then moved on to work as an Assistant Manager HR at adeo consultancy pvt ltd from March 2014 to October 2016. From October 2016 to May 2019, they served as an HR Manager at Senplacement Pvt Ltd. In May 2019, Rituparna joined Amol Industries Ltd as a Senior Executive Talent Acquisition and later assumed the role of Talent Acquisition Lead at ANMOL INDUSTRIES LIMITED.

Rituparna Sengupta obtained a Master of Human Resources degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from NMIMS Global during the years 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Economics at Calcutta University, Kolkata from 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Economics Hons at Barasat Girls High School from 1993 to 2000.
