Chad Lott currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel at AnMed Health since January 2022. Prior to this role, Chad was Associate General Counsel at Ob Hospitalist Group from August 2018 to February 2022. Chad's extensive legal experience includes nearly eleven years at Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, where roles included Attorney - Of Counsel / Income Partner and Attorney - Associate. During this period, Chad advised public and private companies on various legal matters, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, material contracts, public company disclosures, and corporate governance. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law.
