Presita Thale Patil has over a decade of experience in the recruitment industry. Presita worked as a Recruitment Executive at VNT Solutions from November 2010 to May 2011. Presita then joined Think People Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Team Lead Recruitment in August 2011 and worked there until June 2019. Currently, they are the Lead Delivery at Anlage Infotech (India) P Ltd, where they have been working since March 2021. Anlage Infotech provides tailored solutions to companies globally in Workforce Solutions, Cloud and Mobile Development Services, and Managed Solutions.

From 2009 to 2011, Presita Thale Patil attended Welingkar Institute of Management, where they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) with a focus on Human Resources Development.
