Rosa Jaramillo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in customer service and research roles. Currently serving as a Customer Service Specialist at Piedmont since December 2022, Rosa also works as a Patient Service Representative at Ankle & Foot Centers of America since October 2021. In the academic realm, Rosa has contributed as a Research Assistant at Roanoke College since January 2018, focusing on public opinion surveys and environmental studies involving soil samples and microbial respiration. Rosa's previous experience includes assisting physical therapists and transitioning medical records to electronic systems as a Physical Therapy Aide at Sampson Regional Medical Center. Rosa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Roanoke College and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Sampson Community College.
