Dallon Christensen has a diverse work experience in various finance and leadership roles. Dallon started their career as a Financial Analyst at Cobham and later became the President and Business Accelerator at Whiteboard Business Partners. Dallon also worked as an Instructor at St. Ambrose University and Surgent McCoy CPE LLC, teaching accounting and finance courses. Dallon served as the Director of Finance and Accounting at Evolution Power Tools Limited and as the Chief Financial Officer at JMF Company. Dallon's experience also includes being the Director of Finance and Human Resources at Mission Mercantile and Blue Artisan Group, as well as the Director of Finance at Bettendorf Community School District. Currently, they are the Director of Business Services at Ankeny Community School District, where they are responsible for managing a large budget and implementing process changes to streamline operations. Additionally, Dallon founded and served as the Lead Announcer at QCSportsNet.com, providing live broadcasts of local sports events in the Quad Cities area.

Dallon Christensen earned a B.S. degree in Accountancy from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Dallon attended the school from 1994 to 1998. Following this, from 2004 to 2007, they pursued an MBA at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a concentration in Finance/Strategic Management. Dallon then pursued further education at the same institution, completing an MS degree in Strategic Management from 2007 to 2008. Dallon Christensen obtained several certifications as well, including Certified Public Accountant from the Iowa State Board of Accountancy in July 2010, Certified Management Accountant from the Institute of Management Accountants in July 2000, and School Business Official - State of Iowa from the Iowa Board of Educational Examiners in March 2017.
