Oğuz Evren Kılıç is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Business Partner at TLAWCO Law & Consultancy since July 2024. Kılıç holds the position of Chairman of the Board at the Blockchain and Cryptoasset Association (BKVD) and has been the Chairman of the Capital Market and Finance Law Commission at the Ankara Bar Association since October 2018. Previously, Kılıç was a founding partner at Şimşek&Çimen&Kılıç Hukuk Bürosu from June 2009 to July 2024, providing legal consultancy and representation in various matters including applications to the European Court of Human Rights, military jurisdiction, penal law, civil criminal law, and information technology law. Kılıç also held the role of Vice Chairman of the IT Law Commission at the Ankara Bar Association from October 2010 to October 2012. Educationally, Kılıç studied at Ankara University, obtaining degrees in Political Science and Communication, and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Management Science at Ankara University’s Faculty of Political Sciences.
