Jean-Louis Roussel currently serves as the CEO of Anjac Health & Beauty GROUP and Roval Group, as well as Project Director at Anjac H&B Group, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this, Roussel was CEO of P&B Group from January to October 2019 and held various leadership roles at L'Oréal between 1990 and 2018, culminating as Operations EMEA HR Director. Roussel's extensive experience includes a focus on supply chain and product development HR, as well as operational leadership across multiple divisions and locations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Master of Engineering from Icam.
