Natalie Danihels has had a varied work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Customer Service Representative for The Honest Company. In 2015, they moved up to the role of Social Coordinator for the same company. In 2016, they joined StackCommerce as an HR & Office Manager, where they were responsible for pre-screening and interviewing candidates, onboarding, I9 verification, and off-boarding. In 2018, they joined MVMT as a People Operations & Office Manager, where they were responsible for HRIS management, recruitment process, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and closing candidates. Natalie hired 20 employees YTD. In 2021, they joined ANINE BING as a Sr. Manager, HR & Recruiting.

Natalie Danihels obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Chapman University between 2009 and 2012. In June of 2019, they also earned a SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
