Liz Morales has worked in various roles within the operations and customer service industry since 1998. Liz began their career as Manager of Customer Service & Sales Support at BCBG Max Azria in 1998. In 2008, they moved to The Collected Group where they served as Director of Customer Service & Sales Support. From 2017 to 2019, they were Director of Operations at Brochu Walker, followed by Director of Service Operations at Brighton Collectibles in 2019. In 2020, they took on the role of Director of Customer Care and Logistics at REDONE. In 2021, they were appointed Director of Operations at P3 Pacific Packaging Products, and currently serves as Sr. Operations Manager - Wholesale at ANINE BING.

Liz Morales obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Phoenix.
