Kristopher Castro is a seasoned professional in the field of motion graphics and visual effects, currently serving as the Director of Motion Graphics & Visual Effects at Animus Studios since October 2011. Prior experience includes a role as Motion Graphics Artist & Video Production Manager at Mediapeel, and freelance work focusing on production, post-production, and visual effects from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, Kristopher has experience as an instructor and residential advisor for the Exploration Intermediate Summer Program, teaching various video production courses. Early career roles include student technology assistant at URI Media & Technology Services and production assistant for a WE TV project. Kristopher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Media and Art from the University of Rhode Island, completed in 2010.
