Milton Lam has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Milton started their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in 2017. Milton then went on to work as a Summer Intern at HPS Investment Partners, LLC in the same year. In 2018, Milton worked as an Investment Banking Semester Analyst at Goldman Sachs. Milton then joined Blackstone as an Investment Professional in 2019 and stayed with the firm until 2021. From 2021 to 2022, Milton worked as an Investment Professional at Blue Pool Capital. Currently, they are working at Animoca Brands in the role of M&A and Corporate Development, starting in 2022.

Milton Lam completed their Bachelor's Degree in Finance (with a minor in Economics) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2018. Milton also participated in a semester exchange program at Copenhagen Business School in 2016.
