Marla Rausch has a diverse work experience in the financial and animation industries. Marla is currently the Managing Partner at Kampilan Productions, LLC. since November 2014. Prior to that, they founded Animation Vertigo in December 2004. Marla also has experience as a Financial Advisor at Ameriprise Financial from January 2002 to November 2006 and at American Express Financial Advisors from January 2002 to September 2004. In these roles, they provided comprehensive financial planning, recommendations, and advice to clients regarding their financial goals, investments, insurance, and debt management.

Marla Rausch attended Maryknoll High School from 1984 to 1988. Marla then pursued their Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication at the University of the Philippines Diliman from 1989 to 1993.
