Nyla Mercer started their work experience in 2017 as an Animation Intern at Brown Brothers Harriman, where they worked until April 2018. In April 2018, they transitioned to the role of Motion Graphics Artist at the same company, and they stayed in this position until June 2019. In 2019, Nyla joined Animation Farm as a Strategic Partnership Manager, where they are currently employed.

Nyla Mercer obtained a Bachelor's degree in 2D Animation from Pratt Institute. Nyla attended Pratt Institute from 2014 to 2018.
