Nicole Pui Hei Ho is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in development and environmental management. Currently serving as the Global Gift Processing Manager at Animals Asia since May 2020, Nicole also held the role of Development Officer within the organization. Previous experience includes positions as a Barista at BaxterStorey and Starbucks, and leadership in fundraising at Greenpeace East Asia from October 2013 to March 2017. Academically, Nicole holds a Master of Science in Environmental Management and Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Additionally, a certificate in Basic French was obtained from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2022.
