Michelle Kidd currently serves as a PMO Analyst and previously held the position of Customer Service Team Lead at Animal Friends since August 2022. Prior to this, Michelle worked at Barclays from April 2016 to June 2022, where roles included Branch Manager, Seconded Assistant Vice President, and Assistant Manager. In the capacity of Branch Manager, Michelle led a team of 15, focusing on exceptional customer support and colleague development. As Seconded Assistant Vice President, direct oversight of KPIs for client experience and colleague engagement was maintained. Michelle's educational background includes a Higher National Diploma in Horse Husbandry/Equine Science and Management from Bishop Burton College.
