Edward DeSimone is an accomplished pharmaceutical executive with extensive experience in product development and quality control. Currently serving as Vice President of Product Development at ANI Pharmaceuticals, Inc. since February 2018, Edward leads the product pipeline and pharmaceutical development initiatives. Previous roles include Director of Analytical Services and Operations Manager at Eli Lilly and Company, where responsibilities encompassed managing large teams, overseeing high-volume biologic API manufacturing, and participating in strategic planning. Edward's background also includes significant contributions as a Quality Control Manager and roles in analytical chemistry, with a strong emphasis on method development and compliance in cGMP environments. Edward holds a Master of Science in Biochemistry from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Creighton University.
